I just had to get a pink slip (registration for car was due). So I called and asked what would be the best time to come in he said if it is just for that come after 9-930 and that will save you coming to early when other cars are being dropped off for the day. So of course I slept in I got there at 10:30, when I got there he said it's no problem have you got your keys for me. I was in and out of there within 15mins . Point being if you just give them a quick call and ask if they have got time slots you can come and get something as simple as a pink slip without waiting for an hour cause there are so many cars, people calling them on the phone non-stop. You could be saving your self time.
